All of my lampwork beads have been individually hand crafted and kiln annealed to ensure quality and strength. Check out my baking beads page for more information about what to look out for when purchasing lampwork glass beads. See below for payment, postage and Warranty information.

How to Order
1. If you wish to pay by cheque or postal order. Every item has its own Sparkle Reference
number. Make a note of this number and complete the form above where you can enter the code and your details.
2. Buy now using the Paypal add to cart buttons. You will be re-directed to a paypal invoice where you can pay instantly with your paypal account. you can also sign up for a free paypal account here also. The item will then be marked as SOLD.
Custom orders
Please note that if you purchase anything which is custom made E.g Bangles and seashells,
please allow 10 working days for these to be completed to the highest standard.
Payment and Shipping information
For UK : UK sterling cheques, Postal order or Paypal.
For International: Paypal only.
All my items will be packaged in a quality bubble wrap padded postage bag and sealed and wrapped individually to ensure they reach you in optimum condition.
I cannot be held responsible for items which go missing in transit which is why i only offer a signed for service and get proof of postage with each item i dispatch. The cost of postage is £1.50 as standard, but this can be upgraded to £5.00 for special delivery at your request. I recommend this upgrade if you are spending over £32.00 with beads on toast as this is the maximum you can be insured for using the basic postal signed for service.
If your package does not arrive, please contact me and i can provide you with a tracking number.
If you change your mind i will refund the price of your item within 30 days if they are returned in the condition in which you receive them.
Unfortunately i cannot refund the cost of return postage and i advise you that you obtain proof of postage on the return.
Warranty and Returns
I will replace items if they are faulty and have been returned, however, i cannot be held
responsible for breakages which occur through everyday wear and tear.
I personally inspect all of my items to ensure your sparkle will last a lifetime! Due to the hygiene nature of earrings i cannot offer a refund unless they are faulty.
Due to the nature of glass i ask that you treat the lampwork items with care and consideration. If they are dropped they are liable to crack, however i have yet to experience a proper annealed bead crack, but please treat the glass appropriately. Please do not continue to wear a glass item that has chipped or cracked.
Please note that these items are not intended to be used as a toy, therefore please consider the safety aspect of this item before buying this for a young person.
